Curbside Recycling Collection

Program Description: Chatham Borough contracts for single-stream, all-in-one residential curbside recycling. Maximum weight of curbside recycling container is 50 pounds; use multiple containers if needed.
If you have a problem with recycling collection, email the MCMUA at recycle@mcmua.com or call the MCMUA at 973-659-3490 and leave a message in the general mailbox by 10am the Monday following the Friday collection date. Please do not call the Borough with collection issues. Call Chatham Borough for all other recycling questions at 973-635-5242

Schedule: Collection is every Friday. Residents are encouraged to put recyclables at the curbside the night before collection, but they must be out by 6am.
