- Management Issues: Toner Cartridges can often be returned directly to manufacturers like HP or Dell or dropped off at office supply and/or consumer electronics stores like Staples, Best Buy, etc. In addition, there are dedicated toner cartridge stores that will either accept for recycling and/or refill the spent cartridges. Places like Cartridge Wolrd or Laser Save perform this type of service.
